Math Contest Camp-2007

Week 1 For students entering 5th-8th grade:  June 24-29, 2007

Week 2 For students entering 8th-12th grade:  July 8-July 13, 2007

Come in Sunday around 4 p.m., eat a pizza supper and then a worship service, get acquainted time.
Start teaching/contest work on Monday.  Camp will conclude with a closing ceremony 10-11 a.m. on Friday.

I hereby authorize the directors of  Math Contest Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.  I hereby waive and release SBU and Dr. Hopkins.  I know of no mental or physical problems which might affect my child's ability to safely participate in this camp. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with his or her attendance at camp above and beyond the limited coverage of camp insurance.
