You can now get information directly from Drury on Summerscape ( http://www.drury.edu/multinl/story.cfm?ID=1623&NLID=150 ) and the Drury Leadership Academy ( http://www.drury.edu/multinl/story.cfm?ID=1624&NLID=150 )

Dates are June 19-30 and July 10-21 for Summerscape and July 10-21 for Drury Leadership Academy.  Dr. Hopkins' course, MathCounts Mania will be in the July 10-21 session.

Each page is a jpg image that can be read as needed.  Unfortunately the jpg images may be too large to print from a web browser.  If I made them small enough to print, then I would lose image quality and you could no longer read the words on screen (or on printing).  You may download all pictures put together as a Word Document (which I hope will be printable).
